Please read these before booking. Your tour manager will be happy to explain anything.বুকিংয়ের আগে অনুগ্রহ করে পড়ে নিন। কিছু জানার থাকলে ট্যুর ম্যানেজার বুঝিয়ে দেবেন।
ABooking & paymentবুকিং ও পেমেন্ট
- A seat is confirmed on payment of the booking advance; the balance must be paid before the departure date communicated at booking.বুকিং অগ্রিম দিলে আসন নিশ্চিত হয়; বাকি অর্থ বুকিংয়ের সময় জানানো তারিখের মধ্যে যাত্রার আগে দিতে হবে।
- Prices are per person on twin sharing unless stated otherwise. Single rooms are available at an extra charge, subject to availability.অন্যথা না বললে মূল্য মাথাপিছু, টুইন শেয়ারিং। অতিরিক্ত খরচে প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে একক ঘর পাওয়া যায়।
- Prices may change if fuel, tax or hotel rates change before departure.যাত্রার আগে জ্বালানি, কর বা হোটেলের দাম বদলালে মূল্য বদলাতে পারে।
BChildrenশিশু
- Child rates (with or without an extra bed) are shared at the time of booking and depend on the tour.শিশুদের মূল্য (অতিরিক্ত বেডসহ বা ছাড়া) ট্যুর অনুযায়ী বুকিংয়ের সময় জানানো হয়।
- Please carry a valid photo ID or birth certificate for every child.প্রতিটি শিশুর বৈধ ফটো আইডি বা জন্ম সার্টিফিকেট সঙ্গে রাখুন।
CTicketsটিকিট
- Rail and air tickets are booked on request at actual cost; class, berth or seat are subject to availability.ট্রেন ও বিমানের টিকিট অনুরোধে প্রকৃত খরচে বুক করা হয়; ক্লাস, বার্থ বা আসন প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে।
- Refunds on cancelled tickets follow the railway / airline rules.বাতিল টিকিটের ফেরত রেল / এয়ারলাইনের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী।
DCancellationবাতিলকরণ
- Cancellations must be made in writing (WhatsApp or e-mail is fine). Charges increase as the departure date approaches and are shared at the time of booking.বাতিল লিখিতভাবে জানাতে হবে (হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা ই-মেল চলবে)। যাত্রার তারিখ যত কাছে আসে, বাতিলের চার্জ তত বাড়ে — বুকিংয়ের সময় জানানো হয়।
- No refund is possible for unused services once the tour has started.ভ্রমণ শুরুর পরে অব্যবহৃত পরিষেবার কোনো ফেরত সম্ভব নয়।
- If a tour is cancelled by us, the amount paid is refunded in full or adjusted against a future tour.আমরা ট্যুর বাতিল করলে জমা অর্থ সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত বা পরের ট্যুরে সমন্বয় করা হয়।
EOn tourভ্রমণকালীন
- Itineraries may change due to weather, landslides, road closures, temple rules or other reasons beyond our control. Any extra cost from such events is borne by travellers.আবহাওয়া, ধস, রাস্তা বন্ধ, মন্দিরের নিয়ম বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে সূচি বদলাতে পারে। এর ফলে অতিরিক্ত খরচ হলে যাত্রীরা বহন করবেন।
- Please follow the tour manager’s timings so that the whole group can enjoy every stop.পুরো দল যাতে প্রতিটি জায়গা উপভোগ করতে পারে, তাই ট্যুর ম্যানেজারের সময় মেনে চলুন।
- Travellers are responsible for their own luggage and valuables.নিজের লাগেজ ও মূল্যবান জিনিসের দায়িত্ব যাত্রীর।
- Entry fees, rides, safaris, pony / palki and personal expenses are not included unless mentioned.উল্লেখ না থাকলে প্রবেশ মূল্য, রাইড, সাফারি, ঘোড়া / পালকি ও ব্যক্তিগত খরচ অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
